🧩 STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Start with a Rectangular Paper
Place the paper flat on the table in a vertical position. Make sure the paper is neat and uncreased.
Step 2: Fold the Paper in Half
Fold the paper from top to bottom to form a rectangle. Press the fold firmly and then unfold slightly to see the center line.
Step 3: Fold the Top Corners
Bring both top corners down toward the center line, forming a triangle shape at the top.
Step 4: Fold the Bottom Flap Up
Fold the bottom edge of the paper upward on both sides, covering the lower part of the triangle.
Step 5: Tuck in the Side Corners
Fold the small side corners inward neatly to secure the flaps and make the shape clean.
Step 6: Open the Bottom
Carefully open the bottom part of the model to form a square shape. Flatten it gently.
Step 7: Pull the Top Corners Apart
Hold the top corners and slowly pull them outward to begin forming the boat shape.
Step 8: Shape the Boat
Adjust the folds and flatten the bottom so the boat can stand properly.
Step 9: Your Paper Boat Is Ready
Your origami boat is now complete and ready to float or display.
