Tulsi Origami – Rainbow Origami Swan Lucky Draw
1. Organizer
This Lucky Draw is organized independently by Tulsi Origami.
2. Eligibility
The Lucky Draw is open to eligible participants who meet the requirements stated in these Terms & Conditions.
Participants should be 18 years or older. If you want to allow minors, add a parent/guardian consent process.
3. No Purchase Required
No purchase is necessary to participate.
4. How to Enter
Participants must submit an eligible comment on the designated Tulsi Origami YouTube video answering the question: “आपको कौन-से Color का Origami Swan पसंद है?”
Only eligible entries will be considered.
5. Entry Limit
One eligible entry per person.
Duplicate, automated, spam, misleading, abusive or inappropriate entries may be disqualified.
6. Lucky Draw Trigger
The Lucky Draw will be conducted after 5,000 eligible entries have been received.
7. Winner
One (1) winner will be selected through a random draw from eligible entries.
8. Prize
The winner will receive:
1 × Tulsi Origami Rainbow 3D Modular Origami Swan
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Delivery – India 🇮🇳
For a winner located in India: Origami Swan + standard delivery will be provided FREE of charge.
10. International Delivery 🌎
For a winner located outside India: The Origami Swan itself will be provided FREE, but the winner will be responsible for the applicable international shipping/delivery charges.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other destination-country charges will also be the responsibility of the winner.
This is important because international delivery costs can vary significantly by country.
11. Winner Contact
The winner will be contacted through the official Tulsi Origami communication channel.
The winner may be required to provide reasonable delivery information, such as:
- Full name
- Shipping address
- Phone number/email, where necessary for delivery
Tulsi Origami will not ask the winner for an OTP, UPI PIN, bank password or similar confidential security information.
12. Winner Response
If the selected winner does not respond within the period specified in the official rules, or is found to be ineligible, Tulsi Origami may select another eligible winner.
13. YouTube Disclaimer
This Lucky Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. YouTube is released from any responsibility or liability relating to this Lucky Draw.
YouTube specifically requires official rules and a statement that YouTube is not the sponsor of the contest.
14. Privacy
Any personal information collected from the winner will be used only for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the Lucky Draw and deliver the prize, subject to your privacy policy.
15. Organizer's Decision
Tulsi Origami reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
